The waste liquid produced in the process of water pressing and hydrolysis will be treated to protect the environment. The water in the acetylene gas generated by hydrolysis is removed through dehydration and drying, and the pure acetylene gas is obtained. The production process of calcium carbide requires strict control of temperature, proportion and process parameters to ensure product quality and output.
